Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching in your subject specialism to KS3, KS4, and potentially KS5 students
• Create and maintain a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment
• Support the school's vision and ethos, working collaboratively with department colleagues
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Develop your subject expertise and teaching practice with support from experienced mentors

Essential Criteria:

• Completing or completed secondary teacher training with QTS status by September 2025
• Relevant subject degree or qualification
• Strong subject knowledge in your specialist area
• Understanding of secondary curriculum requirements and assessment frameworks
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Commitment to inclusive teaching practices and supporting diverse learners
