My client is looking for a Parts Advisor to join the very successful Parts team working closing with the Parts Manager.
On offer is an opportunity to join one of the biggest and well known brands within the construction industry, this company have a very good reputation within the sector and joining a very well established team.
We are looking for someone who is looking to build a new career, attiude and willing to learn is key!
Must have a driving lisense
Role & Responsibilities:
Deliver parts and attachments to customer requests
Making sure all parts are invoiced correctly
To suggest best parts to meet customer needs at depot and at customer sites
To be proactive and upsell where required
To deal with any customers queries over phone in the office
Hitting very achievable sales targets
Being the face of the business
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Must have a strong customer focus.
High customer service experience
Some knowledge of construction equipment preferred
Good attitude, willing to learn
Benefits Package:
Salary 26,000 - 29,000
Commission on top for sales and KPI's
22 days Holiday + bank holidays.
