I am looking for a Multi Trade candidate to join the voids property maintenance team for a large housing company around Colchester. The role is a temporary position and involves working in Colchester and the surrounding areas.

The Multi Trade operative will receive:

Hourly pay of 21 per hour
Full time employment
All work local within a 15 mile radius of Colchester

The Multi Trade will have:

Relevant qualification in a core trade
Experience working within domestic properties
Full UK drivers license
Own van

The successful Multi Trade will be responsible for:

Working in void properties
Working within a property from start to completion
Multi works including carpentry, tiling, basic plumbing and decorating
Travelling to jobs
