Mobile Maintenance Electrician
Solihull/Birmingham/Leamington Spa/occasional travel to sites in the North
37,000 - 40,000 per annum plus van

We are recruiting for a mobile maintenance electrician to provide maintenance and small works services to sites mainly across the West Midlands, with occasional travel to sites in the North. You will be expected to have good knowledge of FM disciplines and building services on commercial sites. This is a permanent position paying 37 - 40k depending on experience.

Your main duties will include (but not limited to)

Completing PPM and reactive maintenance to:
Electrical systems
Lighting and emergency lighting
Controls and BMS
Basic Plumbing maintenance
AHU/fan coil upkeep
Fabric duties
Checks and compliance duties including water/tap temps etc.
Small works installation
Emergency repairs
All ad- hoc maintenance tasks

Requirements:

A qualified Electrical Engineer (NVQ Level 3 or C&G 1 and 2)
17th/ 18th edition
Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience
Excellent client facing skills
Valid driving license
Willingness to complete fabric, plumbing and mechanical tasks including AHU and fan coil works
Requirment to join the call out rota down the line ( 150 standby and minimum 4 hours if called out)
