Lead Administrator


Permanent – Full Time

We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Administrator to join our team and provide high-level administrative support to the Regional Director, managing their schedule, emails, and correspondence.

About the role

As the Lead Administrator, you will be responsible for diary management and coordination of meetings for the Regional Director as well as ensuring office compliancy for BSI standard. Your duties will include preparing reports and action response prior to meetings, preparing papers for board meetings, minute taking, hub communications to Senior Management Team (SMT) and supporting with emails, letters, reports and presentations.

About you

Candidates will have significant experience in an Executive Assistant role or similar in addition to strong stakeholder management skills and a strategic mindset. Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively are both key for this position and you must be able to positively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels within the organisation.

Innovative with a problem-solving mindset, you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and will be proficient in the use of Microsoft packages. Experience of providing executive administration at Director level is required and experience working within the Housing Sector is highly desirable.
