Join Our Team as a Partnership and Compliance Coordinator (Part-Time - Maternity Cover)

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Partnership and Compliance Coordinator to join our team on a part-time maternity cover basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, juggling priorities, and making a meaningful impact across a variety of exciting projects.

You’ll bring strong administrative skills and ideally some experience in a coordination or project-based role. Whether you’ve worked in education, the public sector, or another field entirely, we welcome transferable skills and a can-do attitude. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external partners to support our partnership and compliance activities.

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 6 months of experience in project work or coordination.
  • Confidence in liaising with a range of stakeholders.
  • Solid general IT skills (don’t worry – we’ll provide training on the specifics).
  • A flexible, collaborative approach and great attention to detail.

Contractual Details
Rate of Pay or Salary: £26,942 pro rata per annum, actual salary £15,291 per annum

Working Time: 21 hours a week – days and times to be agreed

Contract Type: Fixed Term for 1 year

Pension: Local Government Pension Scheme

Leave entitlement: 29 days per year plus bank holidays and discretionary days at Christmas
