This Site Manager s role is with a leading tier 1 contractor, they have an excellent reputation and are responsible for refurbishing some of the region s most iconic buildings.

Start Date - 12th May

6 Weeks work

You must have security clearance for this role

The Role

• Overall responsibility for the success of a project ensuring it is handed over on time, to the client s expectations and within budget.
• Manage project programme.
• Manage quality expectations and ensure these are achieved.
• Assist with site establishment and site logistics.
• Manage all requirements for Health, Safety and environment compliance.
• Identifies and manages risk.
• Ensure delivery against the project budgets.
• Agree requirements for time, cost and quality aspects of trade contractor packages.

To be successful in the role you will be an effective communicator with a positive, passionate and engaging approach.

Please note you must have Security Clearance / be SC Cleared

This is a great opportunity to work with a Tier 1 contractor.
