OA are recruiting a Digital Marketing Manager for a market leader in promotional merchandise.

Our client creates custom-branded products to help businesses connect with their audience and is passionate about delivering top-quality service.

They re now looking for a strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital campaigns that drive growth and boost online presence.

Location: Hemel Hempstead

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday. 8:30am-5pm. Fully office based.

Salary: GBP30,000-GBP35,000 - depending on experience

Digital Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to boost organic traffic and product visibility.
  • Plan, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms.
  • Oversee website management, ensuring excellent UX, relevant content, and optimal conversion paths.
  • Lead and implement an engaging social media strategy to grow brand awareness and customer interaction.
  • Develop and manage effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and increase conversions.
  • Utilise CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to automate marketing processes and manage customer data.
  • Track and analyse digital marketing performance, providing data-driven insights to optimise campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing strategies with business goals and customer needs.

Digital Marketing Manager Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or eCommerce environment.
  • Expertise in SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and website management.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and analytics platforms.
  • Data-driven and results-oriented, with a strong creative flair.
  • Strong communication, project management, and multitasking skills.
  • A passion for working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
