Conveyancing Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Solicitor / Conveyancer with 5 years PQE to join a well-established legal firm. This full-time role offers a salary up to GBP50,000 and benefits.

As a Conveyancing Solicitor / Conveyancer , you will manage residential conveyancing cases, with potential to expand into commercial conveyancing.

You will be responsible for:

• Handling re-mortgages and managing transfer of equity.
• Facilitating right to buy transactions and conducting sales and purchases.
• Overseeing transactions involving leaseholds.
• Managing lease extensions and overseeing deed variations.
• Handling shared ownership matters and dealing with new build properties.

What we are looking for:

• Previously worked as a Conveyancing Solicitor, Conveyancing Lawyer, Conveyancer or in a similar role.
• At least 5 years PQE in conveyancing.
• Background in handling own case load independently covering the full range of conveyancing transactions.
