I am looking for an Electrician candidate to work for a social housing contractor around Devon with all works within an hour radius of Bridgewater. The role will involve joining a team of maintenance operatives working within tenanted domestic properties.

The Electrician candidate will receive:

Hourly pay of 25
Potential salary of 40,000
Company van and fuel card
Optional call out rota at one week in every four
Competitive annual leave allowance

The Electrician will be responsible for:

Working within tenanted properties
Electrical rewiring and maintenance works
Electrical ventilation works
Working on air source pumps
Travelling to jobs

The Electrician will have:

18th Edition
NVQ Level 3
CSCS Card
Knowledge of how to use a PDA
Full UK drivers license
