About the Customer Service Advisor role: * Monday to Friday - No weekends! * Working hours are 13.30 - 17.30 total of 20 hours per week * £12.21 per hour * Temporary to Permanent role * Based in Stratton area (on main bus route) Duties for the Customer Service Advisor role: * Ensure all calls and emails are responded to in a professional and timely manner, escalating to Team Leader where required * Liaise with other internal team members * Entering information on two different customer record systems * Dealing with transport and customer queries * Entering information into reporting spreadsheets * Build and maintain relationships with key customers * Ensure procedures are adhered to in line with company policy and best practice Experience / Skills required for the Customer Service Advisor role: * Good PC skills, including experience of Microsoft Office Excel, Word & Outlook * Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills * Clear communication skills and a strong command of the English language * Strong attention to detail and articulate both verbally and written * Ability to work independently * Passionate about good customer service experience To be considered for the Part Time Customer Service Advisor role apply today
