Key Responsibilities: Overseeing purchasing and management of purchase orders Managing payment of invoices and ensuring timely processing Performing income reconciliation, including cash and electronic payment channels Handling third-party invoicing efficiently Conducting audits to ensure compliance and accuracy Generating detailed reports and analysis Setting and reviewing tariffs and prices Administering systems on relevant IT platforms Managing contracts associated with parking services Developing strategy and policy documents to guide the service Job Requirements: Experience in parking operations and management Strong understanding of business support functions Proficiency in handling purchasing, payment processing, and invoicing Expertise in income reconciliation and financial reporting Able to administer IT systems and related software Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in strategy and policy development If you have a background in parking management and operations and are looking for a challenging contract role, we would love to hear from you.
