Warehouse Supervisor

We’re hiring for a Warehouse Supervisor to join a fast-paced manufacturing team at their site based in Glossop. In this hands-on role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of a busy warehouse operation, supporting both Goods In and Goods Out processes. What’s on offer? * £30,800 - £4,100 per year * Monday – Friday 5:45am – 2:15pm / 2:00pm – 11:00pm * Pension scheme * Health cash plan * Colleague discount * Paid day off to volunteer What will you be doing as a Warehouse Supervisor? * Overseeing the receipt of goods and timely dispatch of orders * Organising and scanning incoming containers * Managing daily operations with a focus on efficiency and safety * Carrying out inventory checks and stock audits * Conducting one-to-one reviews, appraisals, and managing performance * Supporting the training and development of team members * Reviewing warehouse performance data to identify improvements What do you need? * Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor (ideally within manufacturing or logistics) * Full UK drivers licence * Confident managing people, including appraisals and coaching * Strong knowledge of warehouse operations Apply today or speak with Carla at KPJ Group for more information between 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday.
