Accounts Payable Clerk (Part Time)

Summary Westley Richards & Co Ltd is a renowned manufacturer of high-end bespoke firearms. Established in 1812, the company has built a prestigious reputation for producing some of the finest quality guns in the world. In addition to firearms, Westley Richards & Co operates a retail store and e-commerce website, where it sells its own manufactured range of leather goods, own-branded clothing and accessories, and a select range of third-party brands. We seek a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk for our accounts team to cover Westley Richards and sister company Teague Precision Chokes Ltd. The ideal candidate will have held similar roles in the past and possess strong data entry skills with attention to detail and a high level of proficiency in using computers and software. Duties and Responsibilities * Matching, batching, and coding supplier invoices. * Entering supplier invoices into the accounting software (Netsuite and Quickbooks) * Reconciling Supplier statement * Payment Runs – Weekly, Monthly, and Ad-Hoc payment runs. * Dealing with invoice queries. * Filing and document management of the invoices and supplier statements. * Maintaining supplier records. Experience * Previous experience in an accounts payable role. * Proficient computer skills. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Familiarity with basic data entry processes and office equipment operation. * Ability to work on your own initiative and collaborate well as part of a team.
