As a Specialist Nurse Prescriber, you will: Deliver high-quality nursing care and manage both acute and chronic conditions. Work independently while collaborating with GPs and the client's healthcare team. Provide travel advice and vaccinations, and conduct influenza inoculation programmes. Coordinate and participate in health promotion days.
