Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a passionate and skilled Specialist Nurse Prescriber to join their Primary Care Team on a prestigious client site in Chester. This role offers the chance to work closely with GPs and healthcare colleagues, providing a varied and rewarding experience. Part time role working three days a week. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from £49,000 to £58,000 per year pro rata, depending on experience. As a Specialist Nurse Prescriber, you will: Deliver high-quality nursing care and manage both acute and chronic conditions. Work independently while collaborating with GPs and the client's healthcare team. Provide travel advice and vaccinations, and conduct influenza inoculation programmes. Coordinate and participate in health promotion days.
