Mobile Maintenance Handyperson / Fabric Technician Salary: £32,000 per annum Location: Covering Wolverhampton/Telford area (DY/WV/TF/WS Postcodes) Hours of Work: Mon – Fri, 8am - 5pm A fantastic opportunity to a large Engineering Maintenance Service provider who are currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Handyperson/Fabric Technician to work on a commercial/retail contract covering sites across the Wolverhampton/Telford and surrounding local areas. This is a permanent position paying a salary of £32,000 per annum with a company vehicle, fuel card etc. Working Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. With fantastic opportunities for career progression. Duties & Responsibilities: * Carry out general building repair and maintenance * Changing of locks, door closures and other door furniture * Basic plumbing and small leak repairs * Small painting, decoration and making good Fitting of carpet tiles * To apply relevant trade skills to carry out reactive maintenance standards * Ensure health and safety of sites are met to regulation standards * L8 works are required on site Candidate requirements; * Proven experience - working within general building and maintenance repairs * Relevant trade qualifications, such as City & Guilds / BTEC National Diploma / NVQ 2 in a trade or Building Maintenance Carpentry & Joinery/ is preferred. * Essential to have excellent client facing skills * Must have Full UK Clean Driving licence For further information or to discuss your application please contact Jamie Simmons at The InVictus Group
