Recruitment Consultant Key Responsibilities: * Conduct candidate searches using job boards and our in-house database. * Screen candidates over the telephone to assess suitability. * Interpret job descriptions and extract key skills and requirements. * Work to tight deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively. * Provide general administrative support as required (e.g., formatting CVs, updating records). Recruitment Consultant Experience and Skills Requirements * Previous experience in a recruitment role. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. * Comfortable working with databases and job board platforms. * Organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
