Job Title: Menswear Fashion Designer (Streetwear / Casualwear Focus) Location: Nottinghamshire, UK Job Type: Full-Time Salary: £30,000 About Us We’re a fast-growing menswear label rooted in streetwear, urban casuals, and bold wardrobe staples. Our collections blend trend-driven styles with everyday wearability, designed for men who like to look fresh without trying too hard. We’re based in Nottinghamshire with a vibe that sits somewhere between London high street and "I could pull this off at a festival." The Role We’re on the hunt for a Menswear Designer who knows their way around a drop-shoulder hoodie, respects the power of the perfect fleece, and isn't afraid of a little logo play. If you live and breathe men’s fashion—especially jackets, outerwear, sets, and co-ords—you’ll fit right in. You'll be responsible for everything from initial concept to final product: designing pieces that keep us on-trend (but never too try-hard), collaborating with production teams, and ensuring that each garment hits the sweet spot between street-style and shelf appeal. What You’ll Be Doing * Designing seasonal capsule collections focused on jackets, fleeces, tracksuits, and casualwear * Creating moodboards, sketches, CADs, and tech packs * Forecasting trends and identifying what’s hot before it hits ASOS * Working closely with production on sampling and fit approvals * Sourcing fabrics, trims, and embellishments with that premium-on-a-budget mindset * Collaborating with marketing/styling to bring collections to life visually * Owning quality control for your pieces—if it’s going out with your name on it (well, technically not your name), it better be 🔥 We’d Love You To Have * 2+ years of UK, EU or USA experience in menswear fashion design (streetwear or casualwear is a plus) * Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & CAD (CLO 3D or similar a bonus) * A strong understanding of garment construction and production cycles * Knowledge of UK and European streetwear/street-style markets * A design portfolio that shows you Get The Vibe™ * A can-do attitude, but with taste The Perks * Flexible-ish work culture (just don’t disappear mid-sampling) * Staff discounts on collections * A creative studio environment where your ideas won’t be watered down by twelve people named Steve * Occasional free samples (some wearable, some… experimental) * Growth opportunities in a company that actually wants to grow
