QHSE Manager Location: Maidstone Salary: £45,000 to £52,000 Industry: Engineering / Manufacturing An opportunity has opened for a QHSE Manager to join a manufacturing company based in Maidstone. The ideal candidate will have a background as either a Senior or Lead QHSE Engineer looking to make the step into a managerial role or an experienced Quality, Health & Safety or Environmental Manager. The role is very much a “hands on” role where you will be a central figure in the manufacturing factory assisting with everything Quality, H&S and Environmental related. QHSE Manager Key Skills: * Experience as a Senior / Lead QHSE / Quality Engineer or in a managerial position * Experience of man management and leading teams * Excellent experience of quality engineering * ISO 9001, 14001 experience (auditing would be ideal) * Background of conducting risk assessments * Expert quality control understanding * NEBOSH or IOSH certificates would be ideal QHSE Manager Responsibilities: * Maintain and develop existing quality systems and processes * Drive continuous improvement in the departments * Ensure products meeting the company quality, environmental and H&S standards * Oversee any internal and external ISO audits * Conducting risk assessments and updating the systems * Implementing any new processes to improve anything QHSE related If you could be interested in finding out more about the QHSE Manager role, please apply with your latest CV for more information
