Fitter & Installer - Timber buildings

Fitters & Installers needed Are you a multi skilled trades person looking for a new challenge and a progressive career? The Company: Crane Garden Buildings have been manufacturing and selling high quality timber buildings for over 50 years. Their Garden Studios and Summerhouses are sold through a network of show sites across the UK and delivered and built for the customer by a team of professional installers. Due to the increased demand for their buildings they are looking for Installers / fitters to join the installation team. As an Ideal candidate for the Fitter & Installer role you will need the following experience and skills: * Previous experience and knowledge of DIY /construction or carpentry * The ability to use power tools, drills, saws etc. * Competent at working with measurements and dimensions with a good eye for detail * Have good communication and customer service skills * Are physically fit and able to carry and lift heavy items * Show a good understanding of health and safety regulations * Enjoy working outdoors throughout the year. * Hold a full UK driving licence * Prepared to stay away 4 nights a week and travel long distances The Fitter and Installer role offers: * Weekly paid salary earning £550 - £680 per week * £25 Daily food allowance and single room accommodation * Opportunity for progression to Senior Fitter role * 28 days holiday (including BH) increasing with length of service * Death in service benefit * Health Shield medical cover * Sick pay * Secure on-site parking while away * Use of the company holiday home Usual working week is 45 hours over 5 days. As we sell across the UK you will be required to stay away 4 nights a week Mon - Fri( accommodation is provided).
