Sales and Renewals Team Member Salary: £24,735 plus commission with OTE up to £30,000 Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Join our dynamic Sales and Renewals Team, where you'll be selling warranty, asset protection, and other motor-related products directly to consumers. Represent globally recognised automotive brands and a high-profile insurer, ensuring an unbeatable customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound telephone campaigns. Achieve performance targets in calls, contacts, sales, and compliance. Maintain adherence to regulatory requirements, including GDPR and Consumer Duty. Share successful sales techniques with colleagues. Complete all required training and CPD hours.Qualifications: Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above, including English Language. At least one year of telephone-based sales or customer service experience in a target-driven, regulated environment.Skills: Excellent verbal communication. Friendly, patient, and empathetic telephone manner. Ability to sell through a consultative approach.
