The Role – Year 1 Teacher As a Year 1 Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering dynamic lessons that engage and challenge your pupils. You’ll guide students through the KS1 curriculum. Monitoring pupil progress and ensuring that each child reaches their potential will be a key part of your role. You will also be responsible for tracking assessments, providing targeted support, and liaising with parents to ensure open communication about their child's development. You’ll work closely with the leadership team and other teachers to ensure the smooth running of the curriculum and a positive, supportive classroom environment.
