We are looking for a Business Intelligence Executive to join our team. You'll be on a permanent, full time basis, working 36 hours per week.

This is a great opportunity for an analytically minded and commercially focussed person to join our CRM & Data Analytics team, providing critical business intelligence to help drive our ambitious plans for income growth.
You'll be supported and encouraged to share your ideas, inspire others, and make a difference to the way England's rich heritage is experienced.
As our Business Intelligence Executive, you will provide business and market intelligence to inform strategic decision-making within the Income, Growth and Marketing department and across the charity.
Your work will support the departmental leadership team to achieve business objectives, principally: driving visitation, growing the Member base, and maximising associated admissions and membership income.
To be considered as a Business Intelligence Executive, you will need:
- Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience of analysing transactional level data and reporting on this, summarising complex information for a range of audiences.
- The ability to build strong working relationships with people across teams and from different disciplines.
- To be proficient with MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel.
- To be technically capable with skills in Power BI, SQL, Python or similar an advantage.
Initial interviews will be held in the week commencing 2nd June via MS Teams, followed by in-person interviews at one of our offices (Bristol, Swindon, or London) in the week commencing 9th June.
