We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Domiciliary Carers to join our care team, supporting individuals to live independently in their own homes across Barnet Area . This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and medication assistance
• Support with meal preparation and household tasks
• Promote independence and dignity at all times
• Build positive relationships with clients and their families
• Follow individual care plans to ensure high-quality, person-centred care
• Maintain accurate records of care visits
• Report any concerns regarding client well-being to the appropriate person

Requirements:

• 1/2 years experience necessary full training provided
• Kind, empathetic, and patient nature
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Drivers preferred but not essential
• Right to work in the UK
