Mobile Heavy Plant Fitter

Job Role:

Working for a leading large Plant Hire Equipment company, you will be working as a Mobile Diesel Plant Fitter / Service Engineer home based in the East Anglia area. You will have previous engineering experience working on a range of Mechanical Diesel Plant, equipment including screens, crushers, loading shovels, excavators etc. The salary for this position is GBP17.00 - GBP22.00 per hour, plus overtime as required. We are looking for someone who is familiar with working on Diesel Engines , with previous experience working on Construction Plant Equipment. The position is permanent full time Monday - Friday, plus overtime.

As a Mobile Service Engineer / Plant Fitter Your Job Role Would Include:

• PDI s, Servicing & Repairing Plant Equipment
• Attend breakdowns on client sites
• Service plant equipment whilst out on site
• Fit Accessories as Required
• Work Well Under Pressure
• Complete Administration Tasks including Service & Repair Records Accurately
• Present a Professional and Positive Attitude when working on Customer Sites
• Maintain Health & Safety To HSE & Company Standards

Skills:

The Ideal Candidate for the Mobile Service Engineer / Plant Fitter Role Will Have:

• Previous Experience in One or More of The Following Roles: Service Engineer; Mobile Service Engineer; Plant Fitter, Mobile Plant Fitter, Mobile Service Engineer
• You Will Need Previous Experience within the Plant Hire / Agricultural and Construction Equipment Industry
• Analytical Approach To Problem Solving
• Able to Work Without Instruction
• IT Literate
• Own Tool Kit
• Good Communication Skills, both Verbal & Written
• Clean Current Driving License
