Daily Rate: 170- 200 per day (depending on experience)
ECTs Welcome: Early Career Teachers are encouraged to apply (please note: pay will be at a lower rate for ECTs based on experience)

The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated English Teacher to join a well-established department in an OFSTED-rated OUTSTANDING school. The role will involve teaching English to KS3 and KS4 students, covering a range of abilities, and you will be expected to maintain high standards of teaching, marking, and student support. The school offers a supportive environment with a collaborative team that encourages professional development and innovative teaching methods.
As a teacher, you will play a key role in inspiring students to develop their language, literacy, and critical thinking skills. The school's strong leadership ensures that all staff are well supported, and there are excellent resources available to help you succeed in your role.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality lessons in English to KS3 and KS4 students
Use innovative and engaging teaching methods to inspire students
Ensure effective classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment
Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them achieve their potential
Collaborate with a supportive team of teachers and contribute to departmental development
Engage in the school's professional development opportunities
