Teaching Assistant

Tradewind Recruitment are working in partnership with a primary school in Croydon, currently seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs across EYFS to KS2 , depending on the school's requirements.

This warm and inclusive 2-form entry school supports children with a range of needs, including autism, communication difficulties, and cognitive challenges.

The Role Includes:

• Providing 1:1 support for pupils with SEN (including ASD)

• Leading targeted intervention sessions

• Supporting EHCP goals and tracking progress

• Creating an inclusive and encouraging learning environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience supporting children with SEN, ideally ASD

• A positive, proactive attitude

• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)

• Right to work in the UK
