Are you an experienced administrative professional looking to join a dynamic team in the thrilling world of offshore wind energy? This company is seeking a talented Project Administrator to provide essential support during the Execution Phase of an Engineering/Procurement/Construction (EPC) Offshore Wind Project.

As the Project Administrator, you will be a crucial member of the project team, reporting directly to the Project Director. Your responsibilities will include:

Creating and maintaining the project's local network drive folders
Organizing project meetings and taking detailed meeting minutes
Arranging hospitality, lunches, and events for the project
Requisitioning stationery, office equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE)
Developing and updating the project's holiday chart
Compiling and distributing project reports on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis
Executing any additional responsibilities as directed by the Project Director

To excel in this role, you will need:

Experience in positions of responsibility, trust, and confidentiality
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders
Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing business demands and tight deadlines
Strong organizational, data-gathering, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
