What You ll Do:
Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
Contribute to the planning and execution of seasonal menus
Ensure the highest standards of food preparation, quality, and presentation
Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff
Maintain hygiene standards and health & safety compliance
Manage stock levels, assist with ordering, and reduce waste
Take the lead in the Head Chef s absence
Work collaboratively with the Front of House team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
What We re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant, luxury hotel, or private household
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent culinary skills and eye for detail
A solid understanding of modern cooking techniques and industry trends
Ability to remain calm and consistent under pressure
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best kitchen practices
Desirable:
Previous experience working in a luxury or fine dining environment
Formal culinary training or qualifications
