What You ll Be Doing:

• Conducting fire risk assessments, audits, and inspections across a wide housing portfolio
• Identifying and communicating remedial actions clearly and accurately
• Contributing to a high-performing team of Fire Risk Assessors
• Offering expert advice internally and externally on fire safety best practices

What We re Looking For:

• A minimum of 2 years fire safety experience (housing sector experience is a plus)
• Accreditation via IFSM (or willingness to gain it)
• NEBOSH Fire Certificate / IFE / equivalent qualifications
• Strong working knowledge of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005
• Someone who values teamwork, communicates clearly, and takes pride in doing things right
