Our client is a fast paced organisation looking for someone that has worked in a similar type of role. They specialise in the design, supply & manufacture of POS/POP within the temporary and permanent display industry. Role & Responsibilities: * Ensure that the service delivery levels are kept above the client’s expectations. * Attend Face to face client meetings * Take ownership of the overall management of your projects; be the main point of contact & build relationships through impeccable service. * Produce CPA’s for more complex projects to share externally and internally. * Work closely with internal departments to deliver projects through the manufacturing facility. * Problem solving and working well with teams to ensure the delivery of goods to meet the customers’ requirements. * Identify risks to the accounts both externally & internally proactively and before the client is aware * Provide accurate sales forecasting to your line manager. * Keep your WIP’s up to date in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will possess the following traits and abilities: * Knowledge of the design & manufacture of permanent retail displays is desirable * Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is desirable. * Be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, XL and Word * Experience of working in a client facing servicing role * Have strong communication skills. * Possess a positive attitude. * Be organised & be able to manage multiple projects & tasks * Possess good time management. * Have an ability to work with other departments towards a shared goal. * Be a team player and also able to work independently.
