Refrigeration and Air conditioning Tutor

Tutor For Refrigeration/Air Conditioning Permanent role South of Manchester Permanent full time 37 hours per week We are seeking a Tutor/Assessor who will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, tutoring, and assessing students on the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning – level 3 standard JOB ROLE * Support apprenticeships to develop knowledge, skills * Classroom and workshop delivery for level 3 Refrigeration and air conditioning * Guidance and mock end point assessments to make sure students are ready * Meeting apprentices on site at their employers to support via coaching and mentoring on a one-to-one basis, to then help embed knowledge for the classroom * Completing paperwork * Preparing lessons * Managing a caseload of learners ESSENTIAL FOR THE ROLE * If you are not Tutor or assessor experience, then must have worked in the refrigeration and air conditioning field and have site experience of commercial and/or individual systems * Ideally Current F Gas qualifications and understanding of current legislation * Or if you do not have the above, then someone who has been either a Tutor, or Trainer or Assessor for Refrigeration and air conditioning * Desirable teaching or assessor qualified BENEFITS: * Salary £36,050 per annum * Mileage paid * 37 hours per week * Generous holiday entitlement * Pension Scheme * All equipment is provided to complete the role * Development opportunities through our own in-house programs and recognised qualifications
