Client Information We are a reputable Main Contractor based in the East Midlands, specialising in high-quality refurbishment and fit-out projects across the UK. With project values ranging from £500k to £3m, our portfolio includes commercial spaces, retail, leisure, and education sectors. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, we are looking to recruit a Site Manager to join our team and deliver excellence on a national scale. Site Manager Roles and Responsibilities * Lead and manage site operations from start to finish on refurbishment and fit-out projects. * Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet deadlines and quality standards. * Ensure strict compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies. * Conduct regular site meetings, manage programme of works, and report progress to senior management. * Handle snagging, handover, and ensure client satisfaction upon completion. Site Manager Requirements * Proven experience in delivering refurbishment and fit-out projects (£500k - £3m) as a No.1 on site. * Willingness to travel nationally and stay away during the week when required. * SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certification are essential. * Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
