Year 1 Class Teacher Teach Now is recruiting on behalf of a wonderful 2-form entry primary school in the Cricklewood area of Brent, looking for a passionate and dedicated Year 1 Teacher to join their vibrant team!Are you an enthusiastic teacher ready to inspire and nurture the young minds of tomorrow? We are recruiting a Year 1 Teacher to join a fantastic primary school in Cricklewood, Brent, starting from Easter until the end of the academic year, with the potential to continue into September. The Role: Year 1 Class Teacher: • Full-time, temporary Year 1 Teacher position starting from Easter to July, with the potential to continue into September. • You will be responsible for teaching a lively, mixed-ability Year 1 class, with 30 students, and a focus on engaging and interactive lessons. • The class has high SEN needs, but most SEN students attend their SEN provision in the morning. You will have the support of 1 TA and 1 1:1 assistant in the classroom. • The ideal candidate will be proactive, bubbly, and able to establish boundaries while ensuring that the lesson is engaging, interactive, and tailored to the needs of the students. What We Are Looking For: Year 1 Class Teacher: • A qualified teacher with experience teaching Year 1 students and a passion for working with young children. • A dynamic and engaging teaching style, with the ability to establish clear boundaries in a lively classroom environment. • Someone who is proactive, has excellent classroom management skills, and is able to connect with children from diverse backgrounds. • A commitment to providing an inclusive and engaging learning experience that supports all students to achieve their best.
