Cover Supervisors

M&M Supply are currently looking for Cover Supervisors to register with our agency, to support schools across Weston-Super-Mare and the surrounding areas. Due to contract wins, we are looking for Cover Supervisors who can support schools on a Full and Part Time basis. We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable to join our team and provide cover across various schools in Weston-super-Mare. This role offers flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to gain experience in different educational settings and on occassions lead to full time permanent employment. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects and age groups. * Follow lesson plan left by the teacher * Adapt to different school environments and follow lesson plans where provided. * Manage classroom behavior in line with school policies. * Ensure a positive and inclusive learning experience for students. What We’re Looking For: * Experience working in a primary or secondary school setting. * Experience of leading a classroom * Strong classroom management skills. * Flexibility and reliability. * A passion for education and student development.
