Key Skills * Apprentice Trained Engineer * Experience in a supervisory role * Understanding of PPM systems The Roles You will have served a minimum of a full apprenticeship in engineering, ideally with electrical knowledge and have experience working within planned and preventative maintenance schedules, working with equipment such extruders, conveyors, wrappers, sortation systems, large grinders and shredders, separators, bale breakers, wash lines, compressors, steam boilers, chiller units within a high speed automated environment. In addition to this you will have the experience and ability to lead a team of multi skilled engineers, and have the responsibility for the PPM systems, overall projects, fabrication of the building and factory services, ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of this high speed food manufacturing plant, based around budgetary control. The ideal candidate will also have experience of an automated production facility and the ability to work within and manage a team or autonomously as required, you will report directly in to the Engineering Manager and this will lead to a fantastic opportunity to progress your career to senior management level within this secure organisation.
