Housing Manager Elderly care provider based in Chester and Ellesmere Port £34,310 per annum 37.5 hours per week Elite Search Associates are currently looking for an experienced Housing Manager to join a fantastic elderly care provider based in Chester and Ellesmere Port. Housing Manager requirements: * You will have 2 to 3 years housing management experience and have evidence of personal development. * Experience of managing financial plans/budget * You will be or have Level 3 qualification in housing or willing and able to work towards * Level 4 CIH Certificate in Housing * Maintain all aspects of confidentiality and the ability to comply with all legislative requirements in relation to service users and staff * We require an excellent communicator with supervisory experience to lead and motivate the staff team. * Your people skills will also ensure positive relationships with residents and relatives as well as external agencies. * With a background in health and social care, you will also have experience of successful financial management and hold or be keen to attain the Registered Manager's Award. * You will be computer literate with experience of word-processing/ spreadsheets/databases/e-mail.
