Our client are a dynamic and fast-developing company, who has have secured substantial investment and are now seeking a CFO who can commit around 3 days per week to support them on this journey. Key Responsibilities: * Financial Infrastructure: Build scalable financial systems to support rapid growth. * Strategic Planning: Prepare for the next stage of business development and guide the company through transitions. * Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare and coordinate annual budgets, forecasts, and year-end accounts, including tax credit documentation. * Product Cost Analysis: Oversee product cost analysis and proposal costs. * Financial Controls: Establish and enforce strong financial controls to maintain compliance and best practices.
