An established national Mechanical & Electrical Engineering and Facilities Services provider Job Details Service Administrator required to work at a satellite office in Melksham To support the Mobile Business by providing an efficient administration function & facilitating a customer-focussed service delivery business. The role involves taking and logging service support calls and allocating work to engineers. Key Accountabilities Effectively dealing with Reactive/PPM works, from initial raising of jobs through to invoicing, in a timely manner. Accurate inputting of information on database or other reports. Maintaining client relationships and contract and client records. General administrative tasks as necessary when required. The Administrator may be required to carry out other duties as and when required by their Line Manager. Main working relationships: Management Helpdesk Team, Engineering staff and Clients TeamsPerson Specification Good customer interface skills, telephone and communication skills Organised, able to prioritise and work to deadlines Excellent attention to detail both verbal & written IT skills including Microsoft Office / Excel package Team player, flexible and able to work under pressure Experience of working with electronic CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) systems is advantageous but not essential There is a strong probability the role will lead to a permanent one if suitable / desired If you do not hear from us within seven days, then your application has not been successful on this occasion.
