Sales Executive


Sales Executive Location: Northeast (Newcastle/Gateshead) Office base role with some UK based travel Salary: £25,500 per year OTE £47,500 - Quarterly company performance bonus Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday, flexible between 8 am - 6 pm) Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays + your birthday off Our client believes that great design and outstanding customer service are at the heart of what they do. Job Overview: This role involves overseeing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation through cold out-reach and calling, evaluating leads, building relationships, and getting clients signed up to our client’s services. They are seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, someone who thrives in a sales and target-driven environment, with previous experience. You'll be determined, driven, and resilient. This office-based role will be a crucial client-facing position, becoming a key representative of the brand. They are looking for a professional, enthusiastic, and confident people-person. You'll build strong relationships with clients, carry out their sales process, and ensure you are up to date with their requirements. Role Objective: Drive sales activity and generate required revenue, meeting KPIs.   Represent our client’s company, with a comprehensive understanding of their investment services and approach.  Generate client leads and build and nurture client relationships.  Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to: Working closely with the General Manager to execute on sales activity across the business. Meeting or exceeding sales goals. Generating and managing a pipeline of client sales leads. Lead generation including connecting with prospects online, cold calling and cold online outreach.  Makes sales appointments with clients.  Testing and evaluating success of new campaigns and techniques. Demonstrates advanced knowledge of property, strategies and the company’s services. Working with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns. Preparing weekly and monthly sales forecasts reports. Being an ambassador of the brand, understanding and promoting the company and its services. Maintaining client records. Adheres to any and all company policies and procedures. Demonstrates advanced sales knowledge. Skills and Experience: You are excited to be part of a values led property company and small team but also motivated by personal ambition. You are flexible and learn quickly and have the ability to work on your own initiative. Communication will be key since they are a nationwide team. Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with a wide range of people. Thrives in target driven environment. Hardworking and goal oriented. Previous experience in achieving results in a sales environment - Minimum 1 years’ experience.  Driven, determined and resilient. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Previous experience in property industry (desirable). Knowledge of property and property investment strategies (desirable). Good IT skills and experience to use systems such as MS Office, CRM and Asana.
