HR Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR processes and will contribute to cultivating a supportive and innovative work environment. Description Assisting with the recruitment process by liaising with candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining records. Supporting onboarding initiatives for new hires. Assisting with HR-related inquiries and providing appropriate solutions. Coordinating HR projects, meetings, and training seminars. Collaborating with the HR department to develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Assisting in the performance management and employee evaluation process. Managing HR documents and employee records in accordance with privacy regulations.Profile A successful HR Coordinator should have: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong knowledge of HR functions and procedures. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A high level of discretion and confidentiality. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.Job Offer Immediate start opportunity. A competitive salary package within the range of £28,000 to £32,000 per annum.
