Planner – Facilities Management FM Search & Select is looking for an experienced FM Planner to join a leading facilities management company, supporting operations across multiple high-volume commercial sites. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced, reactive environment and has experience in scheduling and coordinating maintenance works. Package: * £27,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience) * flexible working * 25 days annual leave + bank holidays * Company pension scheme * Career development opportunities Responsibilities: * Schedule and coordinate planned and reactive maintenance works across a multi-site portfolio * Manage work orders through CAFM systems and ensure timely completion * Communicate effectively with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth operations * Monitor compliance checks and service delivery standards * Prioritise urgent tasks and adapt quickly to operational changes * Maintain accurate records, reports, and scheduling logs * Support the management team with planning and operational insights Qualifications & Skills: * Proven experience in FM planning, scheduling, or helpdesk coordination within a fast-paced environment * Strong working knowledge of CAFM systems * Highly organised with excellent communication and time management skills * Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple priorities * Health & safety awareness and understanding of compliance standards * Team player with a proactive and solution-focused approach Qualifications & Skills: * Proven experience in FM planning, scheduling, or helpdesk coordination within a fast-paced environment * Strong working knowledge of CAFM systems * Highly organised with excellent communication and time management skills * Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple priorities * Health & safety awareness and understanding of compliance standards * Team player with a proactive and solution-focused approach Interested?
