Mechanical Contracts Manager – Decarbonisation & Renewable Energy Projects We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing mechanical contractor that has recently secured multiple public sector decarbonisation and renewable energy contracts. As a result, they are looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their team on a long-term basis. These projects will span a range of building types with individual values ranging from £200k to £2 million, offering plenty of variety and the opportunity to work on meaningful, sustainability-focused schemes.   The Role: Oversee the delivery of multiple mechanical projects from pre-construction through to completion. Manage labour, materials, and subcontractors across several live sites. Ensure all works are delivered to programme, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Support with planning, procurement, and commercial elements of each job. What We’re Looking For: Experience managing mechanical building services projects, ideally including decarbonisation, ASHPs, and energy efficiency schemes. Strong organisational skills with the ability to run multiple projects concurrently. Excellent understanding of compliance, health & safety, and quality assurance.
