Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor – Bristol 📍 Location: Bristol 💰 Salary: Up to £60k + Package Walker & Sloan are excited to be working with a well-established construction and fit-out specialist with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to their commercial team. The Role: As a Quantity Surveyor / Senior QS, you will play a key role in managing costs and ensuring the financial success of a variety of projects. You will be involved in the full project lifecycle, from initial tendering and procurement to final account settlement, ensuring profitability and value for money. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Managing project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting ✅ Preparing tenders, contracts, and procurement strategies ✅ Overseeing subcontractor valuations and payments ✅ Conducting risk assessments and advising on commercial strategies ✅ Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and to the highest standard ✅ Working closely with site teams, clients, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships What We’re Looking For: 🔹 Experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the fit-out or construction sector 🔹 Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement, and cost management 🔹 Excellent negotiation and communication skills 🔹 Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects 🔹 Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking company with a strong project pipeline and excellent career prospects.
