Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates and budgets for various projects. * Administer and ensure compliance with NEC contract requirements throughout the project lifecycle. * Collaborate with project teams to provide accurate cost forecasts and financial reporting. * Conduct site assessments to monitor progress and identify potential cost implications. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and subcontractors to achieve the best outcomes. * Manage change orders and claims to mitigate financial risks and disputes. What You’ll Need: * Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, specifically with NEC contract experience. * Strong analytical and numerical skills with a keen eye for detail. * Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively. * Relevant qualifications in quantity surveying or a related field.
