We place our teaching staff in day-to-day, short-term, and long-term placements across a variety of schools in Brighton & Hove, East Sussex, and West Sussex. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to join our team in Hove. This flexible role offers the opportunity to work across a range of schools, gaining valuable experience and making a real difference in the lives of students. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver engaging lessons in line with school policies and curriculum plans. • Manage classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a productive learning environment. • Provide support to students, adapting lessons to suit different learning styles and needs. • Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth lesson transitions and address any challenges. • ️ Adapt teaching methods to accommodate any special educational needs (SEN) or individual learning plans. • Adapt to different school environments and work collaboratively with staff. Requirements: • ✔️ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to different school settings. • ️ Current DBS registered on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
