In this full-time, permanent role, you will support students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, providing tailored academic and emotional support in both one-to-one and small group settings. Working closely with the SENCO and teaching staff, you will play a key role in implementing EHCP strategies, promoting independence, and building the confidence of students with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH. We’re looking for someone who: • Has experience working with students with SEN in a school or youth setting • Brings patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude • Is confident supporting behaviour and learning strategies • Is committed to helping every learner reach their potential • Has a relevant TA/SEN qualification (desirable but not essential) Whether you're starting out in SEN or bringing years of experience, this role offers genuine scope for professional growth, within a school that values and invests in its support staff.
