Customer Success Manager


A long established and highly successful software business servicing the global oil and gas and energy industry is looking to hire a Customer Success Manager to support their business. This is a key role within the organisation and would suit someone who has a passion and flair for IT and technology. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing customer facing account management, product marketing and digital marketing. In this role you will act as the focal point for customers on all operational matters related to the product suite. You will also be responsible for proactively engaging with end-customers on a regular basis to establish whether they are satisfied with the service received. You will update customers on new product updates or changes and feedback any issues or requests from the customer to the internal technical teams. You will also assist in presales activities, new customer integrations and implementations and generic product marketing tasks.  You'll need to have excellent communication skills and have worked in a customer success role previously. Although this role is remote (within Scotland) trips to Aberdeen and to clients when required is necessary. You'll receive a salary up to £50,000 plus Pension plus Private Healthcare and be able to work fully remotely within the UK (1-2 trips to Aberdeen HQ required per quarter) Experience within the Oil & Gas, Energy, Logistics, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Marine and Maritime industries would be highly advantageous.
