The successful candidate must have the following: * Proven experience as a General Manager in a busy, fast paced restaurant setting. * Expertise managing reservations and guest experiences using platforms like SevenRooms, Tevalis, or similar systems. * Excellent knowledge of food safety, compliance, and operational best practices. * Passion for Jamacian cuisine and a strong understanding of customer engagement. * Someone who has energy and vibrant. Key Responsibilites * Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and efficient processes. * Manage reservations and guest flow using SevenRooms. * Recruit, train and motivate staff to uphold our brand values. * Monitor sales, costs, and profitability, driving performance through strategic initiatives. * Foster a positive working environment that reflects our vibrant Jamaican culinary culture.
