Job Title: Aftersales Manager

Location: Swindon

Salary: 45,000 basic, 55,000- 60,000 OTE

Hours: Monday to Friday

Hawkfield Recruitment is working with a very well-established dealer group in the Swindon area, and we are looking to recruit an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead their busy aftersales department at Swindon.

You will have proven track record of working within a dealer environment either as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager. Your key responsibilities will be to optimise and increase service department profitability whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will inspire, provide leadership and effectively manage service department colleagues.
